Bishop Elementary is a small community school serving a diverse, urban community in Englewood, CO. We have a strong school culture and community focused on supporting the whole child. Our vision is to create, “A Positive Learning Culture for ALL ”.

Meet our Principal

I am honored to be the principal at Bishop Elementary. I am proud to work with our amazing students, dedicated staff, and supportive families.

With over 29 years of experience in public education, I have had the privilege of serving in various roles, including teacher, instructional coach, and assistant principal. Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to work with diverse student populations and have a deep commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

At Bishop, we believe in the potential of every learner. Our goal is to provide our students with the academic and social-emotional skills they need to succeed. We will work together to create a supportive and challenging environment where students can thrive.

We offer various experiences for students in and out of the classroom that peak curiosity and create community.  We have STEAM, Music, Art, Health and Gym classes for students in all grades each week.  We value development of the whole child to create successful learners and community members.
